Availability – we do not guarantee the availability of the services stated on this website in all areas and at all times.

Payments – the services listed on this website and provided by the Company and/or the sub-contractors should be paid prior to their execution, either to us or to the carpet technician carrying out the services. All payments agreed are final and include all taxes that may be applicable. After receiving payment or after the execution of any of the service the customer will be invoiced.

Rights to Cancel and to Receive a Refund – before we begin to provide Services to you, you may cancel your original Order for Services at any time before the start date for the original Services by giving us at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us by telephone or email the Services are due to take place.
If we are impeded from carrying out our scheduled Services because you have failed to provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, or if you fail to provide us with access to the property at which the Services are due to take place, or you have not provided us with the necessary electricity and water supplies we reserve the right to retain your advance deposit.

Customer Satisfaction – We use various stain removers and from our experience, the professional chemicals and the most powerful equipment we have, most or all of the stains will come out but we cannot give you guarantee that they will be fully removed.
However, we will do our best and remove as much as possible from the stains. Please note that if this cleaning method does not completely remove any stain in particular, then nothing else will be able to remove it.

Liability – our company cannot guarantee that the services provided will not be timely, interrupted or error-free. By accessing and using this website you indemnify us or any of our sub-contractors against any sort of loss or damage that may occur as a result of a reason beyond the sensible control of our company.

Returns Policy – refunds are not offered in cases when the services are interrupted while underway, due to reasons, beyond the Company control. In case that a service is pre-paid before and cancelled before it is carried out, the payment will be refunded in full amount to the customer.

Complains – Any complaints should be reported to us within 24hrs of the cleaning
Our Business reputation is based on the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with our services we offer to re-clean your carpet or upholstery to your reasonable satisfaction. Our guarantee is а free re-clean.

Sub-Contracting – both parties – our company and the customer may delegate their obligations, under an agreement, to a sub-contractor, without the written consent of other party. In case of such notifications from either of the parties for sub-contracting any of their obligations under the service agreement, the same party should specify in written notice who should have liability for any infringement of these terms and conditions or a failure to execute the service agreed.

Terms of Agreement – both the customer and our company have the right to terminate or postpone ongoing services and service agreements, due to any reason that is beyond the reasonable control of either of the parties.



Access – Fine Carpet Cleaning is a trademark of Clean London Limited company and thus Clean London Limited reserves the rights to interrupt, deny or stop the access to this website without a prior notice at any time. As the owner of the intellectual property of the Fine Carpet Cleaning website, Clean London Limited may also add, change or remove the content of this website.
